By accessing or using QuizAll at quizall.hivanix.in, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using QuizAll on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

2. Description of Service

QuizAll is a free educational platform that provides:

  • Access to thousands of multiple-choice questions across subjects and competitive exams
  • Instant answer checking and detailed solutions
  • Timed mock tests and practice sessions
  • Browsing by subject, topic, exam, and chapter

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with or without notice.

3. User Accounts

QuizAll currently does not require account registration. All features are accessible as a guest. User accounts are planned for a future release to enable progress tracking and personalisation.

When user accounts are introduced, you will agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Keep your password secure and not share it with others
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
  • Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

4. Acceptable Use Policy

Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, national, or international law
Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to harvest questions, answers, or any content
Reproduce, republish, or commercially exploit any content without written permission from QuizAll
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our servers, databases, or other systems
Introduce malware, viruses, or any malicious code into the platform
Impersonate another person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
Use the platform to send spam or unsolicited communications
Engage in any conduct that could damage, disable, or impair the platform

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.

Important: QuizAll does not claim full ownership of all questions on the platform.

Publicly Sourced Questions

Many questions have been compiled from publicly available sources on the internet, including past exam papers and educational resources. We do not claim ownership of these questions. If you are the rights holder of any content and wish it to be removed, please contact us at hivanix.in.

AI-Generated Questions

A portion of our questions and explanations have been generated using artificial intelligence tools. While we review content for quality, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy of AI-generated material. Always verify critical information with official sources before your exams.

Original QuizAll Content

Questions, solutions, and explanations created originally by the QuizAll team are our intellectual property and may not be reproduced without written permission.

The QuizAll platform itself — including its UI design, code, branding, and logo — is fully owned by Hivanix and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Third-Party Links & Sponsors

QuizAll may display sponsored content (e.g. Hivanix banners) and contain links to third-party websites. These are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of any third-party sites. Your use of third-party sites is entirely at your own risk.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

QuizAll is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses. While we strive for accuracy, we make no guarantees that quiz questions and answers are free from errors. Always verify critical information with official sources for your exams.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QuizAll and Hivanix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages including but not limited to: loss of data, loss of profits, failure in an exam, or any other intangible losses arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed ₹500 (or the equivalent in your local currency).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QuizAll, Hivanix, and their employees from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from: your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to QuizAll at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may stop using the service at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and indemnification survive termination.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India. If you are accessing QuizAll from outside India, you are responsible for compliance with your local laws.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will indicate the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will provide notice via email or a banner on the site. Continued use of QuizAll after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
