The bar graph below shows the number of people who use vehicles in five different states and the number of people who prefer two-wheelers in each of them.
Note: all values are in crores.
If the number of people who use vehicles in Rajasthan is 450% of the two-wheeler users in Andhra Pradesh and the number of people who use two-wheelers is one-fourth of the people who use vehicles in Kerala, find the number of vehicle users who do not use two-wheelers in Rajasthan.
