(iii) Have post qualification experience of at least 15 years out of which at five years as a Senior HR manager in an organisation. (iv) Have secured at least 45% marks in the selection process. In case a candidate satisfies all the other criteria EXCEPT (i), but has secured at least 50% marks in postgraduation and at least 65% marks in the selection process, the case is to be referred to the Executive Director (ED). In case a candidate satisfies all the other criteria EXCEPT (iii), but has at least 12 years postqualification work experience out of which at least eight years as a Senior Manager-HR in an organisation, the case is to be referred to the Chairman. Maha has been working in an organisation for the past 20 years out of which 10 years as a Senior Manager-HR after completing her postgraduation in Personnel Management with 70% marks. She has secured 45% marks in the selection process.
