Some of them are facing towards the center and the rest are facing away from the center. W sits to the immediate left of T. Only two employees sit between R and W. V and Q face the opposite direction and are not adjacent to each other. Immediate neighbors of T face the opposite direction to each other. P is one of the neighbors of W.  U sit third to the right of P, but not adjacent to R. Q sits at one of the positions to the right of U, and faces same as that of T. Only one employee sits between R and T, and is facing towards the center. S and Z are immediate neighbors to each other and facing in the same direction.  V is not sitting immediate to the right of R. Z is second to the right of Q as well as P.
