There are 8 people – Ajay, Pooja, Durga, Priya, Monika, Nidhi, Aman and Priyank who stay on 4 floors (numbered 1 to 4) of a building. There are two flats on each of the four floors. The flats are numbered 1 and 2 on each of the floors and are left to right on the floor respectively. Flat 1 of floor no. 2 is exactly above the flat 1 of floor no. 1 and so on.

Monika stays on flat 1of the floor just below the floor on which Pooja stays. The flat 2 of floor no 2 is occupied by the person who lives on one of the floors below Pooja who stays on flat 2 of the topmost floor. Durga stays on the flat 2 of one of the floor. The flat on which Ajay stays is just below the flat of Pooja. Priyank stays flat to the left of Durga. Aman and Priya stay on the same floor. Priyank does not stay on the lowermost floor. Aman does not live in the flat which is the same as the flat number of Nidhi.
