Comprehension Passage
Directions : Answer the questions based on the information given below.

There are total five call centers A, B, C, D and E in a city. For any call center ‘Occupancy’, ‘Cost per call’ and ‘Total call time’ are determined by the following formulas.
Occupancy = Total call time/(Total call time + Available time)
Cost per call = Calls per hour/Agent's hourly wage
Total call time = Calls made per day/Calls per hour

The bar graph given below shows the ‘Cost per Call’ and ‘Agent’s Hourly Wage’ for all these call centers.

The table given below shows the ‘Total calls made per day’ by these five call centers. Here 'p' and 'q' such that p = 6n and q = 5m where 'm' and 'n' are roots of x2 - (m + n)x + 40 = 0 and the difference between the roots is 3.It is also known that m > n.

Name of the call center Total calls made per day by the call center
A 15p
B 16q
C 10q
D 22p
E 9p

It is given that the available time for call center B is 'x' hours and the available time for call center D is 'y' hours. If ratio of occupancy of call center B to that of D is 34: 33, then which of the following is TRUE?

1
17x + 12y + 4 = 0
2
17x – 12y + 4 = 0
3
12x + 17y – 4 = 0
4
12x – 17y + 4 = 0
