The ratio of the total number of mobile phones manufactured by these three companies is 8 : 5 : 3 respectively. The total number of 'Cellular' mobile phones manufactured by company 'A' is 1900 more than that of 'smartphone' mobile phones manufactured by company 'C'. The ratio of the total number of 'smartphone' mobile phones manufactured by company 'A' to that of 'Cellular' mobile phones manufactured by company 'C' is 5 : 3 respectively. The total number of 'smartphone' mobile phones manufactured by company 'B' is 30% of the total number of 'Cellular' mobile phones manufactured by company 'A'. The total number of mobile phones manufactured by all three companies is 8000.

If 60% and 88% of 'Smartphone' mobile phones manufactured by company 'A' and B' respectively, are sold then find the total number of 'unsold Smartphone' mobile phones by company 'A' is how much percent more/less than the total number of 'sold smartphone' mobile phones by company 'B'?
