A person shall be disqualified for registration in the electoral roll for a ward if he
- is not a citizen of India; Or
- is of unsound mind and stands so declared by a competent court; Or
- Being disqualified from voting under the provisions of any law relating to corrupt practices and other offenses in connection with elections.
