No notice of motion under Rajasthan Municipality Act, 2009 shall be made within one year of the assumption of office by a Chairperson or a Vice-Chairperson. If a motion under this is not carried, no notice of a subsequent motion expressing no confidence in the same Chairperson or Vice-Chairperson shall be made until after the expiration of 'How Much Time' from the date of the meeting in which the motion was considered?
