Directions: Study the pie chart carefully and answer the following questions:
In the state "A" there are different cities ( P, Q, R, S, and T). The pie chart below shows the degree distribution of the population of different cities. The total population (Male + Female) of state "A" is 54000.

In city R the ratio of the number of males to the number of females is 7:5 and in city T the ratio of the number of males to the number of females is 5:4. Then find the difference between the total number of males in city R and T together and the total number of females in city R and T together.
