General principles for officers authorized to execute contracts/undertakings on behalf of the Governor of Rajasthan include-

In the contract continuing for more than 3 years, the provision of right to withdraw (revocation) or cancel the contract will be made by the government unconditionally on 3 months notice

There should be a provision for recovery of compensation for state loss due to the fault of the contractor in all the contracts.

A copy of all contracts relating to the purchase of one lakh rupees or more should be sent to the Accountant General.
