The total number of employees living in society 'A' and society 'B', is in the ratio of 7 : 8 respectively. The number of employees who are working in 'public' sector jobs' and 'private' sector jobs in society 'A' is in the ratio of 3 : 2 respectively. The number of employees who are working in 'public' sector jobs and in 'private' sector jobs in society 'B' is in the ratio of 5 : 3 respectively. The difference between the number of employees who are working in 'private' sector jobs for both societies is 16.

If the number of male employees who are living in society 'A' is 300 and 30% of female employees in society 'A', are working in 'private' sector jobs then find the total number of females who is working in 'private' sector jobs ?
