Directions: Read the following information carefully and answer the questions that follow:

Following are the rule for selecting a Fashion Designer in an organization. The candidate must:

i. not be less than 23 years and more than 32 years.

ii. have a bachelor’s degree in fashion designing.

iii. have post qualification work experience of at least 1 year in an organization.

iv. hold a degree in costume designing or jewelry designing.

In the case of a candidate fulfilling all the rule except

a) at (iii) above but have done an internship for at least 6 months in an organization, the case is to be referred to the HR Personnel.

b) at (iv) above, but holds a degree or certificate to prove their drawing or creativity skills, the case is to be referred to the GM – HR.

In each question below, details of one candidate are provided. You have to take one of the following courses of actions based on the rule given above and the information provided in each question and mark the number of that course of action as your answer. You are not to assume anything other than the information provided in each question. All these cases are given to you as on 31.03.2018.
