1. The customer should be an Indian citizen.
2. S/he should be doubly vaccinated against Covid-19.
3. S/he should be willing to pay via online mediums of transaction like credit or debit cards or UPI.
4. The customer wants to send the courier to any one of three countries viz. USA, UK or Australia.
5. S/he must be above 18 years of age and under 40.

The case of a customer will be sent to the Manager if the customer satisfies all the above criteria except-

1. In (iv), s/he wants to send the courier to European countries and is willing to pay extra transit costs.
2. In (i), s/he is not a citizen but has been a resident of India for more than five years.
3. In (ii), s/he is not doubly vaccinated but has taken the first dose and not been diagnosed with covid after taking the vaccine.
