The sample is found non-Conforming to the Food Safety Standards by the primary laboratory.

The sample is found non-Conforming to the Food Safety Standards by the referral laboratory

The sample is found non-Conforming to the Food Safety Standards by the reference laboratory
4
Not allowed to apply for retest.
