Frodo is lighter than at least four. Billi is taller than David only. David is heavier than at least three people but definitely lighter than Billi and has the same position in weight row as Frodo has in height row. There is a gap of four places between the position of Elina in both rows. Only two persons are heavier than Ajay and as compared to weight column, he is one place below in height column.
