Pipe A can fill a tank in 4 hours while pipe B can fill the same in 6 hours. There are two holes in tank. The big hole can empty whole of the tank in 9 hours while small hole can do it in 12 hours. Both the pipes were turned on to fill the tank unaware about the holes. After 2 hours, big hole was spotted and repaired. Again, both pipes were started to fill the tank for 1 hour. How much percent of tank is still unfilled?
