Read the following information carefully and answer the questions given below it.

A Pioneer Institute of Mountaineering has released notification for the admission in the course. The eligibility criteria for the admission are as follows:

The candidate has to fulfil the following criteria:

i) The candidate should provide a health certificate issued by a government authorized doctor.

ii) The candidate must be a graduate and must have secured more than 50% marks in the graduation.

iii) The candidate should have Life Insurance which amounts more than INR 30 lakhs. 

For cases in which a candidate:

- Fulfils all the conditions except (II) above but have secured more than 80% in Senior Secondary, the candidate shall be referred to the Head of Admissions of the Institute.

- Fulfils all the conditions except (III) above but is willing to sign a bond of INR 10 lakhs the candidate will be referred to the Dean of the Institute.

Based on the above conditions, decide whether the candidate will be selected or not.

Ramesh wants to apply for the admission. He is a graduate and has secured 90% marks in his graduation. He has a life insurance which amounts INR 40 lakhs. He can provide a certificate issued by a Doctor who works in Government District Hospital.
