Conditions:
1. All the consonants are coded symbol 4.
2. All the vowels are coded symbol *.
3. If the first letter is a consonant and the last letter is a vowel, both will be coded as the code for the next vowel code.
4. If the first letter is a vowel and the last letter is a consonant, the codes for these two will interchange.
5. If the second letter is a vowel and the third letter is also a vowel, both will be coded as the code for the third letter.
