1. Currently 12 States and UTs have constituted the Transgender Welfare Boards
2. The Board has constituted as per section 10 (1) of the Transgender Persons (Protection of Rights) Rules, 2020 which is under the Transgender Persons (Protection of Rights) Act, 2019.
