A law firm has decided to give incentives to the employees that are performing above expectations.
The criteria for the eligibility of an employee for the incentive are as follows:
1. S/he must have worked with the firm for at least 7 years.
2. S/he must have joined the company as a fresher.
3. S/he should have worked on more than 100 cases.
4. The employee has a golden membership in the company's club.
An employee is also eligible for the incentive if s/he fulfils the above criteria except-
a. S/he has not joined as a fresher but completed more than 12 years of service with the firm.
b. S/he has not worked for 7 years with the firm but has won over 50 cases.
c. S/he does not have a golden membership, but has had a silver membership for more than 4 years in the company's club.
Karan is an advocate who has been working with the company for 5 years. He joined the firm as soon as he graduated and has worked on more than 250 cases. He was a silver member in the company's club for the first two years and then he got the golden membership and he still has it. Will Karan get the incentive?
