The NLIST project has four components:
(A). Providing access to selected e-ShodhSindhu e-resources for technical institutions.
(B). Subscribing and providing access to international resources.
(C). Subscribing and providing access to selected INDEST e-resources for universities.
(D). Subscribing and providing access to selected e-resources for government and government-aided colleges.
(E). Acting as a Monitoring Agency for colleges, evaluating, promoting, imparting training, and monitoring activities related to providing access to e-resources.
