Who can be Verifying/authenticating officer in GeM?

Any officer from administration of the organization who is authorized to verify the details of primary user can be the KINEM Verifying/authenticating officer.

Any officer from administration of the organization who is authorized to verify the details of Secondary user can be the Verifying/authenticating officer.

Any officer from administration of the organization who is authorized to verify the details of DDO can be the Verifying/authenticating officer.

Any officer from administration of the organization who is authorized to verify the details of Buyer can be the Verifying/authenticating officer.
