As per IPC, whoever dishonestly receives or retains any stolen property, knowing or having reason to believe the same to be stolen property, shall be:

punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to one year, or with fine, or with both

punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to two years, or with fine, or with both
3
punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to six months, or with fine, or with both
4
punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to three years, or with fine, or with both
