In a community, there was a leakage of chlorine in water pipes and many individuals were adversly impacted. Consequently, water borne infected cases in that community were flagged in media. Health Professionals visited the community and Surveyed the area. They came out with the idea that whole community can be divided into five strata with 10 households each.
