i. The candidate should have an experience of at least 3 years working in some renowned restaurant.
ii. The candidate should have passed his hotel management course with at least 70%.
iii. The candidate should have managed a team of at least 5 chefs before.
iv. The candidate should have created recipes for menu items and daily specials, with emphasis on classic French cuisine.
v. The candidate should have assisted in hiring and scheduling all sous chefs.
