Ten persons- James, Charlie, Liam, Noah, Oliver, Elijah, Robert, John, Levi and Lucas are getting a Demotion in different months - January, March, April, May, June, August, September, October, November, and December but not necessarily in the same order. John gets a Demotion four months before Oliver. John and Oliver both are getting a Demotion in the month having an odd number of days. Elijah gets a Demotion between John and Oliver in the month having an even number of days. The number of persons getting demoted before Elijah is the same as after Levi. The number of persons demoted between Oliver and Levi is the same as between Elijah and Robert. James gets demotion two persons before the one who gets demotion four persons after Robert. Charlie was demoted three months before Noah. The number of persons demoted between Liam and Levi is one more than between Noah and Charlie.
