Six boxes namely – M, N, O, P, Q and R are kept one above other, each box contains different fruits viz. Mango, Apple, Guava, Litchi, Orange and Papaya. Box N is kept third from top at a gap of one box from one that contains Litchi. Box P contains Orange, which is neither kept adjacent to box N nor adjacent to the one that contain Litchi, is kept just above one that contains Apple. How many boxes are kept below one contains Papaya?

I. Box which contains Guava and Litchi are kept together. Box R, which neither contains Guava nor contains Litchi, is kept at a gap of two from box M. Box which contains Guava is kept at a gap of three from box Q.

II. R which contains Mango is kept at a gap of two from box M, which neither contains Guava nor kept adjacent to box P. Only two boxes are kept between box Q and one which contains box Papaya.
