Flat A of floor 2 is just above flat A of floor 1 while just below flat A of floor 3 and vice versa. Flat B is in the east of flat A.

Robert lives exactly in the west of John. There are two floors between David and Thomas, who lives above David and both of them live in different flats. Robert lives just above Smith and both of them live in the same flat. George lives in flat A and lives above Harry, who lives above William.
