Comprehension Passage

DIRECTIONS : Read the following information carefully and answer the given questions.

There is a four floored building with fourth floor being the top floor and first being the bottom one, Each of the floors have two flats, Flat A and Flat B such that Flat A is to the west of Flat B. Flat A of Floor 1 is just below the Flat A of Floor 2 similarly Flat B of Floor 2 is just above the Flat B of Floor 1 and so on.

Each of the flat has a fixed area of 5040 m, but different number of rooms. The sum of the rooms on the third floor is a two digit prime number but less that 24. The area of a room of one of the flats of second floor is 1008 m2 . The only even prime number amount of rooms in one of the flats is on the fourth floor but not in the east. One of the flats on the third floor has 'n' number of rooms and the flat opposite to it has '(n+1)2'  number of rooms. No flat has same number of rooms. Half the area of 1008 m2 rooms are at one floor distance to the same (may or may not necessarily be the same flat numbers). One of the flats in the first floor has rooms equal to the cube of a natural number. One of the flats on one of the floors has the number of rooms which which are not divisible by any of the number of rooms in the given building which are less than 10 but not 6. No flat has more than 20 rooms. The (n+1)2 number of rooms are at one floor distance of n2 number of rooms, which are in first floor but not in Flat B. The least number of rooms are in one of the flats on the fourth floor.
