The line graph given below shows percentage of different resource allocation (hardware and human resources) over five years at a multi-department tech company "TechCorp".
Note: Total Resources = (Hardware Resources + Software Resources + Human Resources)
In 2020, an audit team inspected TechCorp's software resource allocation and imposed a fine of Rs. 2500 for each software unit that exceeded the permissible limit. If the audit team imposed a total fine of Rs. 2,00,000 on the firm and the total number of software units allocated in 2019 was 220 more than in 2020, then find the ratio of hardware resources allocated in 2020 and 2019, respectively.
