At "TechCorp", software resources have two types of resources i.e., cloud-based and on-premise. The ratio of cloud-based software resources to on-premises software resources allocated in the year 2021 is 3:4, and the difference in allocation between these two resources is 64 units. Find the difference in allocation between hardware resources and human resources in that year.
