Directions: Study the following information carefully and answer based on it.
The table given below shows the average of number of doctors and number of in-patients together, number of in-patients as percentage of total number of people (doctors + in-patients + out- patients) and sum of number of female patients (in-patients + out- patients) as percentage of average of number of doctors and the number of in-patients together, in four different hospitals.

Additional information- Out of total number of patients (male + female) in hospital A, B, C and D, number of female patient is 60%, 70%, 30%, and 60%, respectively.
In hospital C, if 60% of the in-patients are female, then find the ratio between the number of male out-patients in hospital C and the total number of in-patients in hospital B, respectively.
