P sits in the middle of the row, to the immediate right of S, who has 9 books and faces South. The one who has 11 books sits to the immediate left of the one who has 8 books, who sits 2^nd from the left end of the row. X has books in a multiple of 3, and sits to the immediate left of the one who has 28 books. The people sitting at the corners of the row both face North and one of them has twice the number of books as the other one. U and P face the same direction which is opposite of X.
