All the designations given are to be considered in a given order (as General manager is considered as Senior-most and Clerk are considered as the Junior-most post).

Four designations are there in between K’s and L’s designation. O is a Clerk or Probationary Officer. K is a senior to L. There is one designation between O and P where P is senior to O and junior to Q. N is junior to M, who is senior to Q. N is neither Assistant General Manager nor assistant manager.
