Each of them likes different subjects viz Physics, Biology, Chemistry, Geography, History, Computer, Mathematics and Economics but not necessarily in the same order. The lowermost floor is numbered 1 and the topmost floor is numbered 8.

R lives above A and does not live on the even-number floor. There are two floors between the one who likes Physics and A. P likes Chemistry lives on the topmost floor. There are three floors between the floor on which S lives and the one who likes History. Only two-person live below S. Q lives on the odd number floor and likes Mathematics. There are three floors between the one who likes Biology and the one who likes Mathematics.  A lives on the lowermost floor. There are four-person lives between the one who likes Economics and R. Neither D nor S like Physics and Computer. There are two floors between the one who likes Geography and Computer. C lives above Q.
