In College A, the average number of students studying in each courses is 100. 10% of the students studying in College A are male students. In College B, the number of course is 10 and the average number of students studying in each course is 400. 30% of the students studying in College B are male students. College A has 20 courses. In College C, the number of courses is 30 and the average number of students studying in each course is 150. 50% of the students studying in College C are male students. In College D, the number of courses is 40 and the average number of students studying in each course is 300.60% of students studying in College D are male students.

In semester exams 33.33% of the males from college D and 66.67% of the females from the same college get distinction. Find the total number of students who get distinction from college D in the semester exam.
