The History teacher had his review before A, who did not teach Chemistry. 4 people had their reviews between P and C, who did not teach Physics. C was not the English teacher but had his review immediately after Q. R did not teach Biology. 2 people had their reviews between the Physics teacher and B. The English teacher had his review in December.
