Penal for misrepresentation under Section 71 shall extend to:

Imprisonment for a term which may extend to three years, ow with fine which may extend to one lakh rupees, or with both

Imprisonment for a term which may extend to two years, or with fine which may extend to one lakh rupees, or with both

Imprisonment for a term which may extend to two years, or with fine which may extend to two lakh rupees, or with both
4
Imprisonment for a term which may extend to two years, or with fine which may extend to three lakh rupees, or with both.
