Two persons go between P and R, who goes to Dubai. V doesn't go to Berlin. U goes before June but after R. The one who goes to Sydney goes in March. P goes before May to Paris. Only two persons go after the one who goes to Rome. Two persons go between S and Q. V goes immediately after S. T goes before Q and after P. T doesn't go to Berlin and Madrid.
