There are eight employees - I, J, K, L, M, N, O, and P in a software company at different designations - Executive Director, Director, Senior Manager, Manager, Team Leader, Senior Software Engineer, Software Engineer, and Associate Software Engineer in descending level of seniority. K is immediately senior to I. There are four designations between M and O, who is junior to at least four persons.  There are three designations between P and N. I is senior to at least four persons in the company. J is not the Software Engineer. Neither P nor N is the Executive Director of the company.
