The phrase 'only business, nothing personal' is used as an easy way out by business people. Business deals with a variety of goods, services and other things and yet, most businesses leave out one important component from their agenda. It is the their customers satisfaction and in general, their reputation among the public.____________________ Sadly, it is considered not as a priority and only as one of the points to look over. This paves way for using the said phrase whenever a business in the market ends up harming the community. It is high time that phrase is re-evaluated and businesses are checked thoroughly for their contributions to both the good and bad in the society.
