The following are the criteria for the selection of a management trainee.

to candidate -

a - Graduation in any subject with a minimum of 72% marks.

b - Age should not be less than 21 years and not more than 25 years.

c - Must have passed written examination and interview with minimum 70% marks.

d - Be prepared to pay a deposit of Rs 50,000 which is to be refunded on completion of the training.

However, if all the above criteria are satisfied, except –

I- As in (a) above, but have completed post-graduation with a minimum of 65% marks, the case will be referred to the Director.

II -In (d) above, but has experience of working in this area for more than one year, may be referred to Case Manager.

Sumit has done BBA from a government college with 74% marks and his marks in written tests and interviews are 75%. He is 25 years old and has 2 years of experience in this field. He is not willing to pay the deposit amount of Rs 50,000.
