Study the following information carefully and answer the question given below.

Following are the conditions for selecting a coordinator for a training programmer on Industrial Relations. The candidate must:

(i) Be a post-graduate in Psychology or in Personnel Management.

(ii) Have worked as a Personnel Manager in an organization for at least 10 years or been teaching in a university/an institute for at least 6 years.

(iii) Have worked as a guest speaker in similar programme.

(iv) Not be less than 40 years as on 1 April 1994. In case a candidate satisfies all the other criteria EXCEPT (ii), but has obtained a Ph.D. in one of the fields in (i) and has at least 5 years work experience should be referred to the Deputy Director. In case a candidate satisfies all the other criteria EXCEPT (iii), but has more than 7 years teaching experience should be referred to the Director. Usha is a Ph.D. in Personnel Management and has been teaching in an institute for the last 10 years. She has worked as a guest speaker in a similar programme and was born on 26 August 1951.
