In a group six friends Akbar, Peter, Anika, Shabana, Maria and Jazz were discussing about six cyclones that took place in 6 different countries i.e. Guyana, Uruguay, Israel, Peru, Syria and Chile in different years viz. 1967, 1972, 1977, 1981, 1986 and 1989. All the information given is not necessarily in the same order. Each person was talking about one cyclone only. The cyclone discussed by Shabana happened more than 10 years before the cyclone discussed by Akbar. Shabana neither talked about the Syrian nor about the Guyanese cyclone. As per Anika, the cyclone in Uruguay took place in an even numbered year. Peter did not talk about the Syrian cyclone. Maria was talking about the cyclone that took place in the year 1981 i.e. after the cyclone in Chile. The cyclone in Israel happened just before the cyclone discussed by Akbar. Jazz talked about the recent cyclone that took place in Peru.
