Eight people P, Q, R, S, T, U, V, and W are living in a Four-story building but not necessarily in the same order such that the ground floor is numbered as 1, above it is floor 2 then the top floor is numbered as 4. Each of the floors has 2 flats in it as flat-1 and flat-2. Flat-1 of floor-2 is immediately above flat-1 of floor-1 and immediately below flat-1 of floor-3 and so on. In the same way, flat-2 of floor-2 is immediately above flat-2 of floor-1 and immediately below flat-2 of floor-3 and so on. Flat-1 is in the west of flat-2.

Q lives in the flat-2, But not on the even-number floor. P lives in the West direction on floor 3. W and T live on the same floor. T doesn’t live in the West direction on the floor. U lives just above P. R lives above Q but not on odd number floor. S lives west to the flat of Q.
