Note: The word direction here represents inward and outward direction.

B is sitting third to the left of N. The person sitting to the immediate left of N is facing the same direction as N. C is sitting third to the right of D and they both are facing the same direction. D is an immediate neighbour of N and he is facing opposite as N. B is facing the outward direction which is different from what his immediate neighbours are facing. M is sitting third to the right of L and they are facing the same direction. A is not an immediate neighbour of B.
