Two floors exist between the person from Kerala and R.U lives on an even numbered floor and is from Punjab. Neither P nor Q is from Kerala or UP. The person on the first floor is from HP. There are 3 floors between Q and T. U lives above R who doesn’t live on the first floor but is from Goa. The person from Tamil Nadu is on the topmost floor. W isn’t from Tamil Nadu. V lives between P and U. Q, lives above P and T. Only one person lives between UP and Kerala.
