Direction: Study the following information to answer the given questions:

Eight persons P, Q, R, S, T, U, V and W have different ages (in years) among 16, 19, 25, 35, 40, 45, 55 and 60 but not necessarily in same order. Two persons are elder than W. V’s age is perfect square number. R is 5 years elder than P. T is younger than V. S is not 35 years old. Q is younger than U. The ages of both Q and U are even number. 

What is the average of ages of T and V?
