Eight persons M, N, O, P, Q, R, S and T joined a company in different months among August, September, October and November but not necessarily in same order. Each of them joined on either 15^th or 20^th of the month. Each of them joined in the same year. No two persons joined on the same day.

P is the second person to join the company after T. Two persons joined between O and M. Q joined on 20^th August. S joined before R but in the month, which has 31 days. N joined just after O but not in same month. T does not join the company in August.
